ITP: DIPLOMA TITOLO D'ACCESSO FINO AL 31 DICEMBRE 2024
Il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato il Decreto Legge concernente Disposizioni urgenti in materia di organizzazione della pubblica amministrazione, di sport e per l’organizzazione del Giubileo della Chiesa cattolica 2025 (c.d. Decreto-legge “PA2”).
Gli insegnanti tecnico pratici sono stati inclusi nel decreto con un intervento sui requisiti di accesso.
Il D.lgs. 59/2017 che attua la Legge 107/2015 prevedeva che:
"Fermo restando quanto previsto dal comma 2 dell’articolo 22, costituisce requisito per la partecipazione al concorso, relativamente ai posti di insegnante tecnico-pratico, il possesso della laurea, oppure del diploma dell’alta formazione artistica, musicale e coreutica di I livello, oppure di titolo equipollente o equiparato, coerente con le classi di concorso vigenti alla data di indizione del concorso e con il Profilo conclusivo delle competenze professionali del docente tecnico-pratico abilitato nelle specifiche classi di concorso, e dell’abilitazione all’insegnamento specifica per la classe di concorso."
Non sono ancora chiariti quali lauree saranno considerata coerenti con le classi di concorso ITP, sperando in un celere chiarimento da parte del Ministero.
l'art. 22 dello stesso decreto però conferma il regime transitorio fino all'anno scolastico 2024/2025, quindi gli insegnanti tecnico pratici rimangono fermi i requisiti previsti dal decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 14 febbraio 2016, n. 19"
IL DECRETO LEGGE PA-2 modifica ulteriormente la normativa, stabilendo che i requisiti di accesso ai concorsi per gli insegnanti tecnico pratici dovranno essere soddisfatti per i concorsi banditi dopo il 31 dicembre 2024 anziché a partire dall'anno scolastico 2024/2025.
